1 tsp split Urad dal
1 tbsp Chana dal
2 dry Red Chillies
1 medium sized Onion
1 sprig Curry leaves
½ tbsp Turmeric powder
1 Lemon or 1½ Indian Lime
Salt as required
½ tsp Asafoetida
3 Green Chillies
1 Inch Ginger
2 tbsp Peanuts
