Gram Dal (Chana Dal) – ½ tbsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Peanuts - 2 tbsp
Cashew nuts (Kaju) – 8 -10
Whole Red Chilli  – 2
Curry leaves – 10-15 Leaves
Asafoetida (Hing) – ½ tsp
Ginger chopped  – ½ tsp
Green Chilli - 4
Turmeric Powder ( Haldi) – ¼ tsp
Lemon Juice – 1½ tbsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Salt to Taste
