1 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine (Shaoxing)

Clean the beef and remove the membrane and connective tissue.

Marinate the beef with half a tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, half a teaspoon of sugar, a few dashes of white pepper, and 60 mL of water.

Prepare the sauce by mixing 60 mL of water, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, half a tablespoon of light soy sauce, half a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, half a teaspoon of sugar, and a little bit of white pepper.

Add 1 tablespoon of corn flour to the sauce and mix well.

Heat more oil in a pan over medium heat and add the white parts of 4 stalks of spring onion, frying until fragrant.

Add 1 whole yellow onion and cook until slightly softened, then push aside.

Add the marinated beef and cook for approximately 2 minutes without stirring, then stir to cook evenly for about 4 minutes.
