2 cups water
1/4 cup sego seeds
5 cardamom pods
1/4 cup juggery
1/4 cup palm sugar
1/2 teaspoon seamia

Boil 2 cups of water in a pot.

Add 1/4 cup of sego seeds to the boiling water and cook for 15-20 minutes until translucent.

Crush 5 cardamom pods in a mortar and pestle and add to the boiling mixture.

Add 1/4 cup of juggery and 1/4 cup of palm sugar to sweeten the mixture.

Break up and add 1/2 teaspoon of seamia to the pot.
