Peel the eggplants in a striped pattern and poke holes in them.

Heat olive oil in a large pan and fry the eggplants slowly until soft.

In another pan, brown 300 g of minced meat with 2 diced onions until the onions disappear.

Add 3 cloves of garlic to the minced meat mixture.

Add grated tomatoes, a teaspoon of sugar, vinegar, salt, and black pepper to the meat mixture and let it simmer for a few minutes.

Cut the eggplants in half lengthwise without cutting through the bottom.
