Brown 2 kilos of pork belly for about 10 minutes.

Add 2 bay leaves and simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, stir the mixture and turn the heat to high to let it dry a bit.

Season with another 3 tablespoons of fish sauce, a bit of sugar, and a bit of msg.

Add green pepper to taste, using as many as desired.

Add 1 liter of pork blood, starting with 1/2 liter and adding more if needed for desired thickness.

Stir to combine and cook until the sauce thickens, adjusting seasoning with black pepper as needed.
