1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon brown sugar
jalapeno peppers cut in half
2 bay leaves

Heat a large pan on medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of grapeseed oil.

Season with 2 teaspoons of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper, then mix quickly.

Cook the pork for about 10 minutes.

Add 1/2 cup of white vinegar and let it boil off for 3-4 minutes without stirring.

Add 1 cup of pig's blood and 1 cup of water to the pan and stir.

Let the mixture simmer for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, add 1/2 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, jalapeno peppers cut in half, and 2 bay leaves.

Mix quickly and let it simmer for 10 more minutes.
