Saute 250 gr minced chicken without oil until it becomes brown.
In a medium heat, put 100 gr margarine in a pan.
Add 1 finely chopped onion to the pan.
Add 150 gr flour to the pan.
Add 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp pepper, and milk to the mixture in the pan.
Mix all the ingredients together in the pan.
After mixing, turn off the heat.
Beat 2 eggs in a separate bowl.
Create spheres with the mixture.
Put the bitterballen into 100 gr bread flour and then into the beaten eggs.
Optionally, put the formed bitterballen in the freezer for 3 hours.
Fry the bitterballen in medium heat until they are brownish colored.
