Heat the butter in a pan.
Saute the chopped onion and garlic.
Add the chopped carrots and sausages to the pan.
Pour in the liquid milk and wait for it to boil.
Add the seasoning: flavoring, salt, sugar, and powdered pepper.
Stir in the wheat flour until blended.
Add the boiled noodles and the egg yolk, stirring again until well blended.
Form the mixture into small rounds.
Dip each round in the egg white and roll it in the bread crumbs.
Repeat until all the mixture is formed into rounds.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the bitterballen until golden brown.
Remove and drain the bitterballen on a plate.
