Add 6 cups of all-purpose flour to a bowl.
Add sugar, cinnamon powder, and salt to the flour.
Mix the dry ingredients thoroughly using a spatula.
Add 250 g of margarine to the dry ingredients.
Use clean hands to massage the margarine into the dry ingredients until well combined.
Add 2 eggs and 1 cup of cold milk to the mixture.
Gently mix the dough to bring all ingredients together, avoiding over-kneading.
Transfer the dough to a clean surface and combine it further.
Place the dough in a bowl and refrigerate while preparing the filling.
Use 10-14 chicken sausages for the filling, cutting them into smaller pieces for easier processing.
Blend the sausages in a food processor until desired consistency is achieved.
Add spices (paprika, ginger garlic powder, seasoning powder, and salt) to the sausages in the processor.
Add chopped onions and pepper to the processor and blend everything together.
Mix the processed sausage filling to ensure even distribution of ingredients.
Divide the dough into smaller pieces for easier handling.
Keep the remaining dough in the refrigerator until needed.
Prepare an egg wash with one egg for sealing the rolls and for brushing.
Flatten one piece of dough using a rolling pin, sprinkling flour on the surface if necessary.
Cut the edges of the flattened dough to form a perfect rectangle using a pizza cutter or knife.
