Add all-purpose flour, sugar, nutmeg, baking powder, and salt into a bowl.
Add cold margarine or butter and mix with a fork, then use your hands until it becomes crumbly.
Make a well in the middle of the mixture and add 2 eggs.
Gradually mix in some milk until the dough comes together; a stand mixer can be used if available.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 2 minutes.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Remove the skin from the lightly seasoned pork sausages.
Season the sausage with garlic powder, onion powder, sage, black pepper, and white pepper; mix well and set aside.
Divide the dough into four portions and work with one piece at a time on a floured surface.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle and trim the edges.
Spread the filling on one side of the dough.
Brush egg wash on the opposite side of the dough.
Roll the dough to seal and cut into desired sizes.
Poke the rolls with a fork to prevent puffing and ensure even baking.
Apply egg wash to the rolls.
Bake at 175°C (347°F) for 25 to 35 minutes.
