Wash and cut the potatoes in half.
Add about 1.5 teaspoons of olive oil to the potatoes and toss to coat.
Sprinkle dry thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, dried parsley, and salt onto the potatoes and toss again to evenly distribute the seasonings.
Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and spray with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Place the potatoes cut side down on the baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.
While the potatoes are baking, snap the ends off the asparagus to remove the rubbery part.
Chop 3 cloves of garlic roughly for the asparagus.
In a nonstick skillet, add about 1 teaspoon of oil and 1 teaspoon of butter, then add the chopped garlic and let it soften without browning.
Add red chili flakes to the garlic and oil mixture and stir.
Add the asparagus and a couple of tablespoons of water to the skillet, cover with a lid, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
After 20 minutes, flip the potatoes over in the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
Cut a large salmon fillet into smaller pieces for even cooking.
Prepare a dry rub seasoning with dried thyme, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika, mixing them together.
Sprinkle the dry rub seasoning generously onto one side of the salmon fillets.
Place the seasoned salmon fillets on the same baking tray used for the potatoes, leaving space between them.
Add dabs of butter on top of the salmon fillets before baking.
Bake the salmon in the oven for about 20-25 minutes.
