Lemon Herb Salmon

2 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
2 tbsp fresh chives (chopped)
1 tsp dry oregano
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
2 cloves fresh minced garlic
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 lemons (juiced)
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp tamari soy sauce
4 salmon fillets
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 lemon (for garnish)

Add unsalted butter to a bowl.

Add fresh dill, fresh parsley, fresh chives, and dry oregano to the butter and mix well.

Add more unsalted butter if needed, using grass-fed butter for health benefits.

Prepare the marinade by adding olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, fresh ground black pepper, paprika, fresh minced garlic, Dijon mustard, sea salt, lemon juice, honey, and tamari soy sauce to a bowl and mix well.

Taste the marinade and adjust saltiness with more lemon juice or salt as needed.

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Wash the salmon with lemon or lime and pat it dry.
