Açaí Bowl

1 tablespoon açai powder
1 cup frozen peach cubes
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup coconut milk or water
Toppings: shredded coconut, cacao nibs, granola, almond butter, chia seeds

Peel and cut the bananas into 3 parts. Place them in a container and freeze.

Peel and cut the peaches into cubes. Freeze them as well.

Once the fruits are frozen (minimum 5 hours or overnight), place the blueberries, frozen peach (reserving some blueberries and peach cubes for serving) in the blender. Add half of the coconut milk, the açai, and the banana.

If you find it difficult to cut the banana with a knife, it means it is too frozen. Wait 5 minutes or until you can slice it without breaking the blender.

Start blending and pause occasionally to stir the contents. If needed, add the remaining coconut milk.

Once you achieve a creamy and thick texture, serve it in 2 bowls and add your chosen toppings.
