3 Tbsp Flour
1/2 Tsp Sesame Seeds
1/2 Cup Water

Mix 1 Cup Flour, 1/2 Tsp Salt, and 1 Tbsp Oil well.

Add 1/3 Cup Water to make a dough.

Chop 1/2 Cup Carrot and 1/2 Cup Potatoes, then mix with 1/2 Tsp Salt.

Squeeze out the water from the mixture.

Add 3 Tbsp Onion, 1 Green Chilli, 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 1/2 Tsp Cumin, 1/2 Tsp Chat Masala, 1/2 Tsp Salt, 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala, and 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves to the vegetable mixture and mix well.

Take some dough and roll it out.

Spread the vegetable mixture on the rolled dough, fold it, and place it in a greased 6-inch mould.

Boil some water and steam for 10-15 minutes.

Prepare a flour slurry with 3 Tbsp Flour, 1/2 Tsp Sesame Seeds, 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves, and 1/2 Cup Water, and keep aside.

Once cooled, cut the steamed snacks into pieces, dip in the flour slurry, and fry in medium heated oil for 7-8 minutes.
