Sriracha-BBQ Meatballs

1 1/4 pounds ground pork
1 pound ground beef
2 large eggs
1 medium shallot
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup whole milk
2 tablespoons sriracha chili sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/2 cups favorite barbeque sauce
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons ground cumin
2 1/2 tablespoons sriracha chili sauce

Add 1 1/4 pounds ground pork and 1 pound ground beef. Add 2 large eggs. Add 1 medium shallot. Add 3/4 cup breadcrumbs. Add 1/4 cup whole milk. Add 2 tablespoons sriracha chili sauce. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt. Add 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Add 1 teaspoon paprika. Add 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper. Mix well. Roll into balls.

Bake 30 minutes at 350F or until browned.

In a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker: Add 1 1/2 cups favorite barbeque sauce. Add 1/2 cup brown sugar. Add 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons ground cumin. Add 2 1/2 tablespoons sriracha chili sauce.

Cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours
