Slice beef into strips and cleanse.
Season beef with ginger powder and dark soy sauce; mix and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic; fry for about 30 seconds on medium heat.
Add 1 teaspoon of regular flour to the pan and fry for about 1 minute.
Add the seasoned beef to the pan and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
Cover the pan and let it cook for about 3 minutes.
Pour in 100 milliliters of white wine, cover, and cook on low heat for about 40 minutes, checking occasionally.
After 30 minutes, add carrots, white onion, bell pepper, and green peas; mix well.
Add extra soy sauce to taste, as no salt is added due to the saltiness of the soy sauce.
Add sweet corn and let it simmer for about 2 more minutes.
Finish with a sprinkle of parsley before serving.
