1

Pick out unwanted, broken, and spoiled groundnuts from 2 cups of raw groundnuts.

2

Pour hot water over the groundnuts, add salt to taste, and let it sit for 20 to 30 minutes.

3

Drain the water from the groundnuts using a sieve.

4

Spread the groundnuts on a tray and sun-dry them.

5

In a bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, 2 tablespoons of powdered milk flavor, and 1/2 teaspoon of grated nutmeg; stir together.

6

In another bowl, break 2 medium eggs, add 3 tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of salt, and one cap of liquid vanilla flavor; mix well.

7

Add the sun-dried groundnuts to the egg mixture and stir to combine.

8

Add the flour mixture to the groundnuts and mix well to coat them.

9

Sift the coated groundnuts to remove excess flour and repeat the coating process three more times, for a total of four coatings.

10

Heat vegetable oil in a pan until hot, then add the coated groundnuts and stir-fry at intervals to avoid burning.

11

Once browned and cooked, transfer the peanuts to a sieve or paper towel to drain excess oil.

12

Allow the coated peanuts to cool completely before storing them in an airtight container.
