How to Make Coated Peanuts 2 Ways | Crispy & Easy Snack Recipe.

Coated Peanuts
Select out the bad granuts from 2 cups of granut on a tray or tabletop.
Transfer the good granuts into a bowl and add salt.
Pour hot boiling water over the granuts and let them sit for at least 15 minutes.
Drain the excess water and rinse the granuts with lukewarm or cold water for a final wash.
Dry the granuts under the sun for at least 3 hours or in the oven until properly dried.
Prepare the first coating mixture by mixing 1 and 1/2 cups of water, granulated sugar, a pinch of salt, and vanilla flavor in a bowl.
Prepare the second coating mixture by mixing 2 eggs, salt, sugar, and vanilla flavor in a separate bowl.
Combine 2 cups of flour, 2 tbsp of milk, and 1/2 tsp of baking powder in a bowl and mix well for the dry ingredients.
In a deep bowl or bucket, add the dried granuts and 2 tbsp of water, then stir in a clockwise direction.
Add the flour mixture to the granuts and continue to coat, alternating between the liquid and dry mixtures until all granuts are coated.
Pass the coated granuts through a sieve to remove excess flour after coating with water.
Repeat the coating process with the egg mixture, ensuring it is not too thick.
Set aside the coated granuts on plates, distinguishing between the water-coated and egg-coated ones.
Heat oil in a pan until moderately hot before frying the granuts.
Carefully add the coated granuts to the hot oil and stir continuously until they turn golden brown.
