Instructions

  2. 2Gradually add water to the dry ingredients, mixing until a smooth batter forms.
  3. 3Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4Dip each peanut into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.
  5. 5Carefully drop the coated peanuts into the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding.
  6. 6Fry the peanuts for about 3-5 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  7. 7Using a slotted spoon, remove the peanuts from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  8. 8Allow the coated peanuts to cool slightly before serving.
