1.5 cups breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 liter beef stock
1 tablespoon cream

Preheat oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.

Combine 2 pounds of ground beef and 2 pounds of ground pork in a bowl.

Add 1/2 tablespoon of salt, 1/2 tablespoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 tablespoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of white pepper, 2 tablespoons of mustard powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of thyme to the meat.

Crack in 1 egg and add 1.5 cups of breadcrumbs, then mix everything together using sanitized gloves.
