Peel the muskmelon and scoop out the seeds.

Cut the muskmelon into small cubes and mash it with a fork.

In a pot, add 2 tablespoons of Amul ghee and 100 grams of white semolina, and roast on low heat for 2-3 minutes.

Add 1 liter of boiled milk to the roasted semolina and mix with a hand beater until it comes to a boil.

Stir in 150 grams of sugar and half a packet of milk powder, mixing well to avoid lumps.

Add half a teaspoon of cardamom powder and mix thoroughly.

Turn off the heat and add the mashed muskmelon, mixing well.

Turn the gas back on and cook for 1-2 minutes on low heat.

For the puris, take 500 grams of flour and add 1 teaspoon of salt and 4 tablespoons of oil, mixing well.

Add the muskmelon puree gradually and knead the dough like roti dough.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Grease your hands with oil and knead the dough again.

Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into discs.

Heat oil in a pan on medium heat and fry the puris until golden brown on both sides.
