1/2 cup green seasoning
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups breadfruit
2 cups sweet potatoes
2 cups yam
2 cups green bananas
1 lb salted cod
2 cups carrots
2 cups pumpkin
2 cups callaloo
1 cup plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons oil
4 cups water
1 cup fresh coconut
1 tablespoon fresh turmeric

Dice the ham hock and boil it to remove excess salt, then drain it.

Make the green seasoning by blending fresh herbs.

Season the chicken with green seasoning, curry powder, and a little salt, and marinate while preparing other vegetables.
