1 lb chicken
1 lb saltfish

2 cups cabbage
4 green onions
1 cup pumpkin
1 cup sweet peppers
1/2 cup dashing leaves
1 medium onion
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon turmeric

Peel the breadfruit and remove the skin carefully using a sharp knife.

Cut the breadfruit into pieces and soak them in water with lemon to prevent browning.
