1 cup meat
1/2 cup potato small cubes
2 cups napa cabbage
3 cloves of garlic
2 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp soy sauce
1/8 tsp red chilli
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1 tbsp cornstarch
salt to taste
2-3 tbsp oil

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out the shortcrust pastry and line a pie dish, trimming the edges.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté onion and garlic until translucent.

Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.

Stir in diced carrot and celery, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until softened.

Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, salt, black pepper, thyme, and bay leaves.

Simmer the mixture for 15-20 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and let the filling cool slightly.

Roll out the puff pastry and cover the meat filling, sealing the edges.

Cut slits in the top of the pastry to allow steam to escape.
