2 tablespoons tomato puree
1 cup boiling water

Add 2 cups of rice and 1 teaspoon of rough salt to a pot and boil until soft.

In another pot, drizzle olive oil and add 1 chopped onion, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder; braise on high heat.

Wash and clean 1 kg of drumstick and thigh pieces; add 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste and 1 teaspoon of raw salt.

Once the onions are browned, lower the heat to medium and add the chicken pieces along with 1/2 cup of water; cover and simmer.

Peel and cut 4 medium sized potatoes; add them to a bowl with 1 heaped teaspoon of red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 heaped teaspoon of dhania powder, 1 heaped teaspoon of cumin powder, 2 tablespoons of tomato puree, and 1 cup of boiling water.

Once the chicken is slightly white, add the potato and spice mix; toss and cover to cook until the potatoes are soft.

After 20 minutes, garnish the chicken curry with coriander leaves and serve with rice, pieces of meat, potatoes, gravy, and cherry tomatoes.
