Grease a baking tray with ghee and line with parchment paper.
In a nonstick skillet, roast 1 cup of chickpea flour on low to medium heat until fragrant, stirring continuously.
Transfer the roasted chickpea flour to a bowl to stop the cooking process.
In the same skillet, melt 1 cup of ghee over medium-low heat.
Add chopped nuts on one side and shredded coconut on the other side of the skillet.
Mix in the roasted chickpea flour and stir well.
Add 2 cups of sugar and mix until combined.
Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and stir to avoid lumps.
Cook the mixture, stirring constantly, until it thickens and leaves the sides of the pan.
Add a pinch of crushed cardamom powder and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared greased tray and spread evenly.
Allow to cool and set for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
