Clean and dice 2 whole onions.
Smash a whole head of garlic with the side of a knife to make it easier to remove the skin.
Use a garlic crusher to crush the garlic, or chop it finely with a knife.
Prepare 16 ounces of ricotta cheese, and mix it with 16 ounces of shredded mozzarella and 1 cup of fresh marinara sauce in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix 1 pound of ground pork and 1 pound of ground beef together.
Season the meat mixture with 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of black pepper, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, and 1 tablespoon of onion powder, then mix well.
In a large pot, add hot water and salt to cook the lasagna sheets, then add the pasta once the water is boiling. Cook according to the package instructions, then rinse with cold water and add oil to prevent sticking.
In a hot pan, add oil and the chopped onions, stirring to prevent burning until they are golden.
Add the frozen spinach to the pan with the onions, season with salt and pepper, and mix well before setting aside.
In the same pan, add more oil and the crushed garlic, cooking until it has a little color but not burnt.
Add the meat mixture to the pan, breaking it up with a wooden spoon or spatula to avoid lumps, and cook until browned.
Once the meat is cooked, add the spinach and onion mixture to the meat and mix well.
In a disposable container, start layering the lasagna: add a layer of marinara sauce to prevent the pasta from drying out, then half of the meat and spinach mixture, followed by half of the ricotta and cheese mixture, and a quarter cup of shredded mozzarella.
Add a second layer of lasagna sheets, repeating the previous steps with another layer of marinara, the rest of the spinach and meat mixture, and 1 cup of heavy cream for creaminess.
Add the rest of the ricotta mixture, covering the entire surface, followed by a quarter pound of shredded mozzarella.
Top with the last layer of pasta, add marinara sauce to cover, and finish with half a cup of shredded mozzarella and half a cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the lasagna for 20 minutes.
Remove the lasagna from the oven and enjoy.
