100 g poppy seeds
3 green chilly
2 tb oil
½ ts onion seeds (kalonji)
2 green chilly
¼ ts turmeric
250 g potatoes
½ ts jeera powder
salt
1 b coriander chopped

Soak the poppy seeds in warm water for 1 to 2 hours.

Make a paste of the soaked poppy seeds and 2 green chillies.

Heat oil in a pan and add onion seeds (kalonji).

Add the remaining green chillies and turmeric to the pan.

Boil the potatoes with salt until they are 70% done, then add them to the pan.

Toss the potatoes in the oil, then add the poppy seed paste, salt, and jeera powder.

Mix everything well and cover the pan to cook for a few minutes.

In another pan, heat mustard oil and add chopped coriander leaves, then add this to the top of the Aloo Posto.
