4 potatoes (peeled, chopped and washed)
1 green chilli (chopped)
1/2 tsp nigella seeds (kalonji/mangraila)
2 tbsp poppy seeds (khuskhus/posto)
2 green chillies
3 to 4 tbsp mustard oil
1/3 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste

Heat mustard oil in a pan until hot.

Add nigella seeds and let them splutter.

Add chopped potatoes and stir well to coat with oil.

Add turmeric powder and salt, mix well.

Cover and cook until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.

Add chopped green chillies and poppy seeds, mix well.

Cook for a few more minutes until everything is well combined.
