2 green chillies
2 dry red chillies

2-3 tbsp Mustard Oil
Cumin Seeds
Mustard Seeds
Fennel Seeds
Nigella Seeds
Fenugreek Seeds
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt

Soak the white poppy seeds in water for a few hours and then grind them into a paste.

Heat mustard oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, nigella seeds, and fenugreek seeds.

Once the seeds start to splutter, add the diced potatoes and stir well.

Add the ground poppy seed paste, turmeric powder, green chillies, and dry red chillies to the pan.

Mix everything well and add salt to taste.

Cover the pan and let it cook until the potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
