1 lb white fish fillet
14 oz medium firm tofu
1/4 cup cilantro
1/4 cup green onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon ginger
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 tablespoon mixed sugar
2 tablespoons dried fermented black beans
2 tablespoons shaoxing wine
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons pickle chili (Godmother brand)
