2 bay leaves
4 scallions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup epis
1 teaspoon allspice
1 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 teaspoon cloves
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 scotch bonnet pepper, whole
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup mojo criollo marinade
1/4 cup bitter orange juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon all-purpose chicken season
1 tablespoon sazon tropical
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 chicken bouillon cube

Prepare smoked turkey wings by rubbing with lime and vinegar, then rinse and season with a piece seasoning.
