1 and a half cup glutinous rice flour (190g)
1 cup rice flour (125g)
3/4 cup coconut/macapuno strings

Preheat oven at 180C/350F.

In a bowl, mix together eggs, sugar, coconut cream, melted butter, salt and baking powder.

Sift in glutinous rice flour and plain rice flour. Mix until smooth.

Add macapuno/coconut strings. Mix.

Line a 4 inches mold with banana leaves.

Divide batter equally to 6 large mold or 12 medium sized mold.

Top with grated cheese.

Bake for 25 minutes or until light golden.
