1

Mix together 300 grams of all-purpose flour, 5 grams of salt, and 5 grams of sugar.

2

Add 480ml of water in 2-3 parts, starting with 1 cup and stirring to allow the flour to absorb.

3

Add the remaining 1 cup of water in two parts and mix into a batter.

4

Add 15 grams of cooking oil and stir well until there are no flour particles.

5

Preheat the pan on medium-low heat, close to medium heat, and add cooking oil, wiping it evenly with kitchen paper.

6

Take 2 spoons of batter and pour it into the pan, starting from the center and slowly spreading it around the pan.

7

Turn over the flatbread after the top batter has set, using a spatula to keep turning while pressing the edges for better heating.

8

Flip the flatbread again, continuing to turn while pressing on the edges.

9

Watch for bubbles to form; if you want bigger bubbles, turn the heat to medium and continue turning while pressing the sides.

10

Once the bubbles are bigger and the flatbread is ready, cover it with a sheet to keep it soft.
