Place the corn in a blender.

Add 200 ml of coconut milk to the blender.

Blend until smooth.

Transfer the mixture to a pot.

Add 4 tablespoons of sugar to the pot.

Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the pot.

Stir the mixture well and bring to a boil.

Once boiling, stir for 3 minutes.

Remove from heat after 3 minutes of boiling.

Pour the mixture into cups or bowls, filling halfway.

Add a piece of cheese in the middle of each serving, optional.

Let it cool slightly before serving.
