Start by taking a bowl and add 2 eggs into it.

Whisk the eggs well for about 3 minutes until fully mixed.

Add 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, a pinch of black pepper, and salt to taste into the eggs and mix well.

Add 1 small chopped tomato, some chopped green onion, 1 small chopped onion, and 1 chopped green chili into the egg mixture and mix again.

Heat a frying pan and add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to grease it.

Keep the heat low and pour the egg mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly like a pancake.

Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes until set.

Check the egg and flip it to cook the other side briefly.

Once cooked, remove the egg from the pan and set it aside.

Prepare the bread by cutting the edges off using a pizza cutter.

Slice cucumber without peeling it and cut into even pieces.
