In a cold kadhai, add 2 cups of milk and heat it for 2-3 minutes until it lightly boils.

Add 1 cup of milk powder and mix until all lumps are gone.

Add 0.5 cup of sugar and mix well.

Add 3-4 cardamom pods for flavor and mix again.

Continue stirring until the milk volume reduces to half and thickens, which takes about 10-15 minutes.

Set the thickened milk aside.

In a cake tin, add a layer of the thickened milk to cover the bottom.

Take the prepared rasgullas and squeeze out excess syrup, then arrange them in the cake tin.

Cover the rasgullas completely with the remaining thickened milk.

You can use any other vessel instead of a cake tin if desired.

Bake by placing the cake tin in a kadhai with 2 cups of heated salt, covering it, and baking on low flame for at least 30 minutes.
