Chop crispy fried onions into small crumbs, about 2 tablespoons.

Chop 1 tablespoon of capers.

Boil raw eggs in a pan with cold water, then cover and turn off heat after boiling for 12 minutes.

Place boiled eggs in an ice bath for 30 minutes, then peel them.

Slice the boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.

In a bowl, combine the yolks of 6 eggs, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon yellow mustard, and 1 teaspoon white vinegar; mash together until mixed.

Add chopped capers to the yolk mixture and mix well.

Fill a Ziploc bag with the yolk mixture, snip off the corner, and pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.

Dust the rim of the egg halves with smoked paprika by dipping them in a plate of paprika.

Top each filled egg with crispy fried onions and a caper or two.
