20 g mayonnaise (1 tbsp + 1 tsp)
50 g butter (≈3.5 tbsp)
1 medium pickled cucumber (≈60–70 g | 2–2.5 oz)

Wrap the potatoes in foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C / 400°F for about 1 hour 30 minutes, until fully tender.

Slice the mushrooms and onion. Sauté them in a pan with butter over medium heat until golden.
