Mix 300g all purpose flour, 5g baking powder, 12g white sugar, and 3g salt in a bowl.

Add 1 egg and 180ml water to the bowl and mix well.

Chop 20g green onion and add to the bowl.

Add black pepper to taste and 60g mozzarella cheese to the mixture.

Add 15ml olive oil and mix well again.

Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes.

Divide the dough into 8 parts and shape each part into a ball.

Press each ball flat.

Brush some oil on a pan and place the flattened dough in the pan.

Cook for 2 minutes on medium high heat, then flip over and cook for another 2 minutes.
