300 g minced beef
200 g minced pork
1/2 cup rusk flour or breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
3 tbsp whole milk
Salt to taste
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil to fry
40 g butter
40 g all purpose flour
250 ml beef stock
150 ml double cream
2 tsp soy sauce (low salt)
1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp salt and black pepper to season

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Finely chop the onion and garlic.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, chopped onion, garlic, bread crumbs, milk, egg, nutmeg, allspice, salt, and black pepper.

Mix the ingredients until well combined.

Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat until melted.

Add the meatballs to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

Transfer the browned meatballs to a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
