How to Make the BEST Shrimp Parmesan | Uncle Giuseppe's Recipes ( Episode 22 )

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.

In another shallow dish, place the flour. In a third dish, beat the eggs.

Dredge each shrimp in flour, shaking off excess, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the breaded shrimp in batches and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom. Arrange the cooked shrimp on top of the sauce.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the shrimp and add more marinara sauce if desired.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
