180 ml water/stocks
3 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp liquid seasoning

Soak the dried black fungus in water until softened.

Chop the napa cabbage, baby corn, carrots, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, snowpeas, broccoli, and spring onions into bite-sized pieces.

In a pan, heat the water or stock and add the minced garlic.

Add all the chopped vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until they are tender.

Stir in the vegetarian oyster sauce, sesame oil, and liquid seasoning.

Thicken the mixture with the diluted cornstarch, stirring until the sauce is glossy.
