Start by preparing the filling with minced meat and onions.
Use 250 grams of ground beef and grate 1.5 whole onions using a smaller grater.
Add 1 tablespoon of butter to a pan and heat it up.
Add 1.5 teaspoons of black pepper, salt, and chopped parsley to the meat mixture.
Mix everything together thoroughly, ensuring the onions are well incorporated with the meat.
Fill the pasta with the meat mixture, pushing it in with your finger to ensure it's packed tightly.
Butter a round tray and arrange the filled pasta in rows, ensuring they are close together.
For the sauce, melt 1.5 tablespoons of butter in a pan and crush 2 cloves of garlic into it.
Add 400 grams of tomato puree to the pan and stir it in with the garlic.
Pour in 600 milliliters of water and add a pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon of vinegar to balance the acidity of the tomatoes.
Bring the tomato sauce to a boil while checking the pasta cooking time on the package, cooking it for 1 minute less than recommended.
Once the pasta is cooked, let it sit for 5 minutes to soak up the juices.
Prepare a yogurt sauce by mixing 2 cloves of garlic, salt, and black pepper into yogurt.
Serve the pasta with the tomato sauce and yogurt on the side, garnishing with parsley.
