Pink Gulaman is a popular Filipino dessert made from agar-agar, a gelatinous substance derived from seaweed. Traditionally enjoyed during celebrations and gatherings, it represents the vibrant and festive spirit of Filipino culture. Today, variations abound, with many adding different fruits or flavors, making it a beloved treat in households and parties alike.

Dissolve agar-agar in water in a pot over medium heat, stirring until fully dissolved.
Add sugar and salt to the mixture, stirring until completely dissolved.
Remove the pot from heat and let it cool slightly.
Stir in coconut milk, condensed milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Add a few drops of food coloring to achieve the desired pink hue, mixing thoroughly.
Pour the mixture into a mold or dish and let it cool at room temperature until set.
Once set, cut the gulaman into cubes or desired shapes.
In a serving bowl, layer the gulaman cubes with fruit cocktail.
Serve chilled over ice cubes for a refreshing treat.
