Prepare skewers using pointed sticks, either metal or wood.
Cut whole mushrooms and red skin onions into chunks for skewering.
Thread a mushroom onto the skewer, followed by a chunk of onion, repeating until the skewer is filled.
Do not flavor the vegetables as they will absorb sauce from the meat.
Prepare the grill by starting it 30 minutes prior to cooking to get the coals to a nice amber color.
Combine marinade ingredients: worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Thread the beef sirloin tip onto skewers, alternating with mushrooms and onions.
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, turning occasionally.
Check for a nice char on the meat and ensure it is cooked through, which should take about 10 minutes total.
Remove from grill and serve.
