Whisk 1 egg and 2 egg whites together, season with salt and pepper.
Grease a pan with oil and heat it.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and let it cook until almost set.
Place 2 pieces of bread directly on the egg and gently flip everything over.
Add sliced cheese on top and fold the sandwich in half, tucking in the edges of the egg.
Toast both sides of the bread until golden brown.
In a large bowl, pour in Kodiak pancake mix.
Add 4 3/4 cups of milk and 7 eggs to the pancake mix and whisk until combined.
Pour some batter into a measuring cup for easier pouring.
On a greased warm pan, pour the pancake batter to form one large pancake.
Add chocolate chips on top of the batter after pouring it into the pan.
Flip the pancake when bubbles form on the surface, and cook until both sides are browned.
Serve the pancake with banana, chopped pecans, pumpkin seeds, hemp hearts, and drizzle with honey.
Wash, peel, and dice the potatoes.
Drizzle oil on the diced potatoes and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder, then toss to combine.
Spread the seasoned potatoes on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in the oven or air fryer.
For the burritos, whisk together 4 eggs and 8 egg whites, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Scramble the eggs in a pan.
Assemble the burritos by placing scrambled eggs, baked potatoes, half a Morning Star sausage, and cheese in the center of a tortilla and wrap it up.
Toast the burrito in a toaster oven until crispy.
Cut up a red bell pepper and sauté it in a pan with oil until somewhat cooked through.
Add spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
In a bowl, combine 4 egg whites, 4 eggs, and 1/4 cup of milk, seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan with the sautéed vegetables and cook until set.
