Cook breakfast sausage on the stove top, Grill or Foodi.

2

Roast the asparagus with a little olive oil, salt and pepper in the Grill using air crisp at 350F for 7-9 minutes.

3

Roast the red pepper in the Grill using air crisp at 390F for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally. Once done, place in a covered bowl for about 20 minutes, then remove skins and seeds and chop.

4

Cook the onions in the Grill using a roasting rack or trivet, air crisp at 350F for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add to the sausage mixture and let cool.

Butter or oil the 9 inch pan.

Place the frittata in the Grill and cook for 20 minutes, checking for doneness (15-25 minutes depending on the dish used). Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
