Cut 1 onion into small pieces

Heat up your cast iron pan on medium heat with 3 tablespoons of oil

Add the onion

Add one tablespoon of ginger garlic paste, mix well

Cut 1 bell pepper into small pieces and add to pan

Break 5 eggs and beat them well

Add 1 teaspoon of milk with the eggs and mix well

Pour the egg into the pan and turn off stove

Keep mixing until the egg reaches towards the bottom of the pan

It's ready to bake!

Add some red pepper flakes

Mix well

When cool, sprinkle any amount of cheese on top

Bake in oven at 360 F for 36 minutes

After done, broil on low for 4 minutes

Take out of the oven once done and let it cool down
